After 2 days of torrential downpours and thunderstorms last week and a weather forecast of much more, it looks as though the sun has come out to play again.

In spite of 'gloom and doom' online weather forecasts, the island of Ibiza has seen some beautiful sunny days, temperatures of 25º with only a few whispy clouds to be seen. Oh.. and the sea was still a delicious 25º too!

Saturday night saw some spectacular electrical storms over the the island, but luckily for us, Valencia and Mallorca were the regions worst hit by the bad weather.

The locals do have a saying that bad weather rarely lasts longer than 3 days, and this seems to be proven time and again; and the island now looks so beautifully clean and fresh - the accumulated dust of 3 months of Summer has been washed away, and the island vegetation is a lush and vibrant green once more - September is a really great month for photos!
