Hands up anyone who found themselves in Amnesia last summer... So, we agree that when it comes to Trance and Electro, the Ibiza Cream of the Crop Award goes to their Thursday nights, right? Of course you do.
So it comes as no surprise that, with a bona-fide Boxing Day under their belt, it was time for Cream to pull out the big guns for their March Night Marathon in the North West. Earlier we told you the Liverpool-based brand had released a roster like no other for their spring shenanigans and now, (drumroll please), with three weeks to go they've added Philip George to that list, the man storming the charts right now with his hit Wish You Were Mine.
He will be joined by Trance titans Ferry Corsten, Aly & Fila, John O'Callaghan, Simon Patterson, Liam Wilson and Rob Harnetty who will be saluting Cream's roots in the courtyard.
The main room will be an electro utopia with Sander van Doorn, Sunner James & Ryan Marciano, Danny Howard and Gareth Wyn all taking to the turntables. Oh and if that doesn't make you feel like the cat that's got the cream, let's not forget the house heavyweight of a headliner, Erick Morillo, former Pacha resident whose discology includes I Like To Move It (yep, it's on that Madagascar movie) and the 2011 dance smash Live Your Life.
Nation may be a slightly different venue to the White Isle's Amnesia but still expect the same high energy, hard beats and heavy basslines that Cream ravers know and love both home and away - afterall, Liverpool is where it all began. So that's 9pm. Saturday March 7th.
But we aren't done there, in other Cream da la crème news; the line-up for Creamfields is announced Wednesday 25th February. So that's now TWO extra dates to put in your diary…
Let the countdown for both begin... (soz about my bad jokes)
