It goes without saying, but Café Mambo and the sunset strip is as important to Ibiza as anything else, it is one of the island's unique selling points and without it the place just wouldn't be the same.
Mambo has been around for 20 years now, celebrating the big anniversay over the course of the 2014 season with a tour and a series of special events, but there's no doubt their 21st year will be one to remember too.
The tables and chairs will fill up the terrace area once again from Friday 15th May 2015 with their opening party, although no further details have been announced. They'll have the restaurant and full bar good to go for the occasion of course with the party marking a nice coming together of islanders, season workers, business owners and tourists.
