This Wednesday sees critically acclaimed artist and producer Nicolas Jaar's only performance in Ibiza this summer, as he graces the stage at the new and beautiful Destino Pacha Resort - around from Talamanca. This will be the third in a series of special productions from Guy Gerber's weird and wonderful Wednesday residency at this luxurious new hotel venue.
There is no debating that Jaar is one of the best DJs and producers around with a number of winning titles under his belt. In 2012 his Radio One Essential Mix was rated number one Mix of the Year. On top of this, his debut album Space Is Only Noise was ranked number one Album of the Year by several leading media platforms.
Joining him on the main stage is of course Guy Gerber himself, and also the talented British DJ and producer Jay Shepheard. The event begins at 5pm, and also includes performances from the Italian dance company 'nu'art'. The night will then continue downstairs in Destino's private club - Tox - with another exclusive live performance, this time from Crosstown Rebels heavyweight Amirali. Just across town, Pacha will be turned into the delectably creepy venue it becomes every Wednesday as Gerber is joined by Four Tet (live) and DJ sets from Thugfucker, Bill Patrick, DJ Tennis, Dazzla and more.
