As we welcome spring, it's also the time when Ibiza's restaurants spring back to life for summer with a raft of seasonal openings this April.
For those coming during this month, know that you can count on some of the very best in great food from a whole host of great eateries.
The fine-dining and pretty plates of Sa Punta, just outside Ibiza Town are available to diners from as soon as this Friday 5 April. Five-star service along with excellent style and class plus dreamy view of Ibiza Town's old town add to the experience.
Glamour and style at Nikki Beach Club
Fans of Bambuddha's "MediterrAsian" fusion food will be pleased to hear that this San Lorenzo temple to cuisine and Bacchanalia is open for business from 12 April in its location on the famous San Juan “restaurant road”.
This is followed closely on the 13th by Playa d'en Bossa's glamorous Nassau Beach Club, where music really is the food of love. Tanit Beach Club, just next door is already open and welcoming back customers for spring and summer.
If it's an electric and atmospheric setting you want, look no further than El Olivo Mio, high up within the ancient city walls of old town Ibiza Town and open from 16 April. An ideal romantic spot for those that love fine quality food.

Over in San Antonio Bay, the hippy chic of top sunset spot beach restaurant Kumharas is opening its doors on 18 April whilst a bit further along the bay. El Viejo Gallo and it's excellent seafood offerings can be sampled right now.
Sophisticated east coast venue, Nikki Beach Club returns on 25 April, starting a mega summer of regular events, with its great food and drink deals to make stylish eating within reach to many.

Of course, sometimes it's just a great pizza that's required and Es Tancó in San Rafael and Sant Jordi are both open all year round, so head on over to try one of its gorgeous discs of pure pleasure.
