Returning for its spring edition today Friday 5 April, the gastronomic festival that is Ibiza Sabor is set to delight the foodie in all of us.
Running all the way to 31 May, each eatery offers special three-course gourmet menus for a price that's in everyone's reach.
A total of 38 restaurants have signed up for the event, including La Cava, El Restaurante at the Pacha Hotel, Café Montesol, Royalty and Es Caliu with many more across the island.
Menus are priced at just €25 for these epicurean menus, made up of the finest local ingredients.
Tapas addicts can sample some of the very best of these Spanish small plates, with some of the venues offering them and they are only €7 with a glass of wine included.
The festival follows an ethos of showcasing both food heritage and innovation, with this year's edition of the event focussing on the promotion of the island's produce.
On 15 April, the Mediterranean Gastronomy Forum meets for its fourth year in Ibiza in an event that sees top chefs come together, serving up dishes made with ingredients sourced directly from the White Isle.
Two Ibiza Sabor Foodie Events take place in April, so you'll need to sign up fast. On 7 April, there's a workshop showing you how to make your very own Hierbas, the signature Balearic liqueur.
Later on in the month, Can Musón is offering cooking classes, making dishes like flaó, a traditional Easter tarte with goats cheese and mint. All workshops are in Spanish only.
