Cova Santa as released line-up details of Midsommar, the highly anticipated one-off hook up between Storytellers and elrow.
Seemingly unsatisfied with selling out Saturday nights at Amnesia for ten consecutive weeks (and counting), as well as two special daytime events poolside at Ushuaïa, elrow's latest concept is still shrouded in mystery.
However, now that the names have been announced, a little more of the picture has been revealed.
The two lead names are acts known for their shape shifting personas. Damian Lazarus and Soulwax brothers in arms David and Steven Dewaele under their club focused 2manydjs alias.
The appearance that has really caught our focus is the father and son back-to-back between The Godfather of Balearic Beat Alfredo and Jamie Fiorito.
elrow regulars Toni Varga and Tini Gessler will also be part of proceedings. See below for a full list of artists.
After the first instalment of Storytellers this past Wednesday centred its theme around books and childhood nostalgia, we cannot wait to see what a collaboration between these two mammoth creative forces will bring.
With Cova Santa's track record for hosting elaborate immersive parties such as WooMooN and elrow being field leaders in production, however, this is bound to be a collaboration made in heaven.
While elrow continues to hold its cards close to its chest, who knows what will happen? So far we have been promised is a festival experience with feasts, wild dancing and cocktails. Basically, anything can happen.
The stand-alone event on Wednesday 8 August will take place at the Amnesia-owned hillside venue from 17:00, moving indoors at midnight until 06:00.
