Fancy an outdoor party with amazing tunes, delicious cocktails and the option of visiting the sushi lounge? Well, today's your day, as Nick Warren is bringing The Soundgarden back to Ibiza. With the first event taking place at Km5 on Thursday 24 May, it's time to start planning.
After a sold-out tour in South America and hosting its own stage at Rapture festival during Miami Music Week, The Soundgarden is back on the White Isle for another round of sunset fiestas.
Alongside label boss Nick Warren, Guy Mantzur will be the first guest joining Nick and we can expect some back-to-back action during proceedings. Soundgarden resident Gustin and Km5's own Sergi Ribas are the men charged with laying the foundations.
In the words of Nick himself, 'There's always such a special vibe at The Soundgarden events in Ibiza, especially when they are outdoors. The garden of KM5 is the perfect setting for us and I'm really excited to have our dear friend and The Soundgarden regular Guy playing with us too.'
Needless to say, the location is apt for The Soundgarden as the sound translates perfectly to this vibrant setting. The restaurant with adjoining lounge garden is one of the most picturesque venues on the island, bursting with colour and lush foliage.
Last summer The Soundgarden threw several parties on Ibiza, including one at Km5, as well as Boutique Hostal Salinas and a boat party. With that in mind, we know this is a combination that works. If their last event here on the island was anything to go by, it's going to be a roadblock.
The fiesta runs outside from 17:00 to midnight although the party will continue indoors into the early hours. In keeping with the true spirit of Ibiza, admission is free.
