More than 50 restaurants participate in the gastronomic days of spring.
From 20th April to 28th May, 50 of the island's most emblematic restaurants will participate in the Gastronomic Days of Spring, an event which gives food lovers the opportunity to follow the routes of ‘bullit de peix' and ‘guisat de peix', to discover the differences between each dish, and to try several local variations.
